Meal Options

When groups come off the water, we often hear, "Best food I've ever had while camping." People are surprised by the variety, quality and simplicity of our meals.

Groups plan the menu so that everyone eats the same thing at each meal. This list is included here to give you an idea of the meals available. Once you arrive at camp, your trip leader will explain the meals, help your group decide what meals they want and figure quantity per person. For people with special diets (wheat or milk-free) we have several meal options to accommodate this. Letting us know ahead of time will help us plan meals at Pine Ridge accordingly.
